CM Maternity Leave: tell Ofsted?

Hello everyone,

I am now on Maternity leave - should I tell Ofsted? Will that make them leave me alone for a year???!!! (I really don't want them showing up for an inspection when I'm looking after a toddler and a newborn!)

Thanks for any advice.

I would post this in the CM Staff Room. There's been plenty of pg CM's in there in the last couple of years, they'll know!

yes you must tell ofsted! They will inform the inspector and they will leave you well alone til you phone them up and say you are back working again.#

Tell NCMA too - they'll hold your subscription for you
