I contacted the one you c&p'd onto your post, just waiting for a reply. My last AP was German and we adored her, although that is obviously a sweeping cultural assumption that all German's are hard working, sensible and friendly!
I also contacted a MH/cleaner (live out) ad that was on there. She has contacted me back asking what I am looking for and about the children, she is an ex AP from a family of 3 boys - so hopefully used to high energy outdoor play which is what my DS loves.
I will persue her whilst looking for an AP. depending on the hours she can give me and how she is with DCs this may work out well. Our last AP was fab but the previous one was bonkers (arrived Mon 10pm, gone by Sat 9am by mutual agreement - we were her 3rd family in 6 weeks, entirely unsuited to being an AP)
