URGENT HELP NEEDED WITH 7YR OLD WHILE IM ON SHIFTS MILTON KEYNES AREA

I urgently need help while i am on shifts at my new job which i start in march. I will need help from 5.30 - midnight. The shifts are 7 days of days then a break of 3 days then 7 days of evenings and then 4 days off. Its the evening shifts i need help with.
This would mean i need someone to pick up son from local school bring him home,feed and put him to bed and wait for me to get home. The school is less than a mile from house. PLEASE CAN ANYONE GIVE ADVISE OR HELP THIS LATEST PROBLEM I HAVE!

have you tried contacting cupcakes nanny agency they may be able to help.

I cover milton keynes but couldnt do til midnight as I would never get out of bed in time for my day job!!

I could do some hours at weekends if thats any good, also available during school hols for days/eves/nights.

Just found out today that i dont get any help with child care fees unless the child is cared for outside the home! GREAT! So i probably will be no better off from getting a better job now i have to pay for extra help!

Could you not then use a childminder some childminders work longer hours than others so you may find one who will do til late evenings and overnight care also and then you can get the help with child care vouchers.

or could you go down the route of an au-pair which will obv be cheaper for you
