Duh me! You weren't talking about tax!

Still worth a go, I know a few people who have paid and agency has done a CRB check.

cant see why not

just join their agency and say you need a new crb and sure they will do one for you

I'm in contact with an agency called Tigerlily Childcare and asked them if they would be willing to do a CRB check for me. They charge around £60 I think.

Volunteer at your local church/school and get it for free.

Or Rainbows/Brownies/Guides/Scouting for free CRB - plus people love that on a nanny's CV.

A nanny agency won;t be able to the check for you , however they may be able to put you in touch with a company who can. I know Eden Nannies used to get all nannies to fill out CRB forms at the interview, other agencies may offer the same.

Most nanny agencies have them done through Civil and Corporate.

I need a new one and will be asking a lovely lady at a very good local agency if she will do a new one for me.
