can anyone explain the deal with a cm assistant

I would like to know about taking one on all I know is you may have 6 children but what about Ofsted and payment , tax etc etc

Au pairs as childminding assistants are fab. They are enthusiastic, very often very intelligent and quick to learn, captive employees (less likely to go sick on you!), and if you pick ones who want to be teachers and who have younger siblings they are often naturally good at childcare.

It's best to get ones who have a reasonable level of English, but the children also benefit from songs, nursery rhymes in other languages.

Minimum wage or above, and full UK employment conditions must apply.

just realized au pairs live in duhh. Wont work for me I have a very large fmily with no spare room. Back to drawing board.

I worked as a childminders assistant in Kingston upon thames and i was 17. You do a CM2 for and whilst waiting for a CRB
