Im trying to finish unit 4 and I am stuck on section C.
Explain the importance of respecting and valuing different family structures.
I have listed the different types of famiy structures and how they are made up. I have tried to explain how important it is for a CM to gain information and knowlege of each childs background so that she can adapt her care to the child's individual needs, but then I hit a blank.
There is just so much I could write but I'm struggling to pick out what is important and what is just waffle.
I am using my Guidance notes but they dont seem to help on this question, they just confuse me more.
Please, if anyone has any suggestion I would be realy grateful. Thanking you in advance.
