hi im going to visit a new mindee today this will be the 4th time have arranged so i decided to do 1st visit there (home) normally i would only give 2 chances then say forget it but im loosing my old mindee next week and need to fill her place she sounds a nice person and has had real personel problems so shud i give her this chance or dont touch with a barge ploe

The 'real personal problems' might put me off, depends totally on what they are (if they are the parent's problems/the kid's!)... depends what you think you can handle and how much you need this mindee.

How about doing a settling in period... if it isn't working, it isn't working...?

have being and she seems fine have offered a settling in peroid always do between 2 n 4 weeks

she was 2 hours late blah....ive now had another phone call about a little girl 2 half ive met her and she is lovely laid back mum not fussing around everything so thinking shud take her as she will fit in with my family better
