Looking for a child-minder near Didsbury

I'm returning to work in March, when Elsa will be 7.5 months. I feel she seems so little for nursery, where she has a place, and wondered if anyone knows of a good child-minder in/ near Didsbury, or the best way to find one. What is your view on child-minder vs nursery for little ones?

I live in Didsbury and know a few but will check with them if they have any free spaces..

My own view was babies need to be in homes with child minders rather than at nursery but once they get mobile and talking, nurseries are better as they provide a more social environment for the kids to develop skills..

Can you email me on [email protected] and I will pass you on some details of 2 excellent childminders that I know in that area.
