It's d day for me tosay, interview is at 1pm. Have sorted cover childminder with paretns permission. Have got all my certificates in a file to take with me and am trying to remember all the bits i want to say about me! I've re-read the job spec and got out clean clothes for later!

Anything else i should do.......................

Have a new mindee starting on monday but just for 4 hrs, sibling of mindee that left a year ago.

Hello everyone, day off today - as only have after schoolie and he's not here today. Still looking for my full timer but quite relieved tbh that I haven't - my own children are keeping me quite busy (SEN eldest, one in preschool and one baby!) but I do want to work full time soon! More worried that when I AM ready there won't be anyone Lots of people in my village laid off, sign of the times I think.

Trip to the dentist yesterday was okay. DS has one cavity and 3 threatening. he is only 4.3, 0poor thing. yes, I am a Bad Mother.

Still no news on the other. Still negative and still nothing started.

I am only working 2-6 now (my choice), feelng calmer already, and will eventually wrap up cm'ing once I am accepted as a foster carer.

well i'm back, all over now. just have to wait and see. should hear by friday! either way. Had three people doing interview but all very nice and the head is lovely!

Only got one mindee left now, others gone home. mindee asleep too so might just have big choc bar now!

how typical is this?
i get my first enquiry in MONTHS and it was for 3 under 5 and pre-school pick up a bus ride away, i can only have 2 under 5.

No4 - You r not a bad mother, my little sister didn't eat sweets or have fizzy drinks and she always had bad teeth (same with my 9 year old), I think that its just how that child is going to be... As to the other how late are you now? Go to the nurse if your concerned, but you may have just ovulated late last month!! Keeping fingers crossed for you

I've just had to log dh off of the pc so that I could have a look in.... its nice having him home but we are going to have to look at this computer sharing thing!! Just had a parent of one of my mindees round, her dh is facing redundancy and I have said that we will go over to a new completely flexible contract but to do this I have had to put the hourly rate up at little - does this sound really mean???

i know it sounds pathetic but i don't think i could manage getting a double-buggy with a baby and a two year old and a three yr old and my four yr old walking to & on the bus i know lots of you mind lots at a time but i only ever mind my own plus two mindees - i get stressy and worry about their roadsense.

Don't worry violet more will come along, you have to do whats best for you.
