I have my inspection on Tuesday following a year long wait for my application to be processed (its done a different way in Wales). I am looking to get some multi cultural toys and disabled awareness toys but have no idea where to look. There aren't any carboot sales around this area at the moment. Where is best to get them?

good links!

I would just add that don't forget posters and books are also considered good opportunities for positive imagery

Also think Dora the explorer, tots tv (its not just colour its culture and language too!) and perhaps get hold of some religious artefacts if you can - easy enough to find on ebay or similar. A Quran or some pictures of Hindu deities....books that involve children from other cultures/with disabilities. Handas Surprise is popular and you can get activities online to go with it.
