At last I have started to get some enquiries for July (whan all my other mindees finish). Have just spoken to a parent who would like me to send out a "pack" with all my details. What else should I include apart from the usual bit about myself, fees, holidays, hours of work, activities etc?

TIA

I usually email them a copy of my CV incl references, a brochure with all my details, activities, meals I provide, outings etc... and a list of fees and charges.

hennipenni - I made a brochure with all the info in and extras like menus etc - that way she can see photos of you and the kids doing fun stuff etc too.

If she really wants EVERYTHING then send her your policies and procedures too.

Thankyou for the ideas and will include what you have both said. NMAM, I got the feeling she wanted EVERYTHING! LOL my policies and procedures will cost a fortune to post!
