I have just taken the plunge and advertised for an au pair. I had one about 5 years ago and had a disaster (she dropped my one year old down some concrete steps onto his head) but I am going to try again.
I am sure I had some house rules in place or some sort of agreement that set out general expectations regarding use of phone, whether friends can stay etc. Typically I have lost them. Please can someone help me out and share theirs
