We are a young professional couple in our 30s. We just had twin daughters born 6 weeks early on Dec 2, 2008. We are looking for a Live-in Nanny (at least 24/5) starting in March/April. I am looking to go back to work full-time in June 09 hence I need at least 1 year commitment. Live-out is a possibility with occasional nights once twins are a bit older and sleep better.
