Morning! I have 3 less mindees this year than last and things are so much calmer!

DS goes back to preschool today. I have a 5 year old who is on inset day and my two toddlers who were both a bit shell shocked yesterday at having to come back to me after being at home for 2 weeks. Here's to hoping today is easier for them (and me).

Morning! I had a pretty easy start back yesterday but back with full force today and a houseful to feed after school! first day back with two one year olds so hopefully they will settle in ok! First day back to toddlers so will keep them occupied at least (she says in hope!).

We are off to soft play today, and having lunch there, and only one mindee, so a lovely day o be had

Not working during the day today (mindees mum on rotaed day off), so will take ds1 and 3 to school and nursery and then go out with ds4. We will then collect ds3, have lunch and sleeps until it is time to do the school pickup and then I start working until 6pm tonight!

Hope I heaar from dh today, all I got yesterday was an email to tell me that he had landed.

2 mindees today and the visit from PP that should have been yesterday but at least they phoned an hour before they were due to say couldn't make it .

Still no snow here but very very cold!

Been to CM group this morning. One of my mindees is 2 today, so we are having b-day cake after-school.

Between Bad back, viral/allergic rash, Bad IBS, possible jet lag & general knackeredness

Hi everyone, yesterday my mindees were all shellshocked at coming back and were all extremely quiet. 7 kids in the house and hardly a sound could be heard. They all just played away contently. I ended up putting on music to have a dance to as I couldnt stand the lack of noise .

Today couldnt have been more different. They were back to their usual selfs .
