I need to find a Nanny to work in lovely rural South Somerset but not sure best way to go about it. Looking for 2 days part time so dont know if worth going to an agnecy and if so where, or putting advert in local paper.

agencies are a lot of money, thou as only 2 days, fees will be less

so i would suggest putting an ad on 3 sites , and also your local paper

and also look at ads placed by nannies on these sites and then also contact your local agency as well
