............ if you provide food for mindees? I now see from p27 of the Statutory Framework of the EYFS that it is compulsory.

I emailed my LA Health Dept AGES ago and have heard nothing other than a computer generated acknowledgement of receipt of my email. Fat lot of good that has done.

Any one know who to contact at Surrey County Council?

KM, thanks for your reply. Where did you get the form from? Did you contact your LA? Think I should do so by phone rather than email.

No 4, I just rung them and asked if the form I had found on the internet was the correct form that needed to be filled in - apparently it is, so I filled it in posted it off and haven't heard anything else!
