Is it good for child to have 2 nannies?

I am looking for a nanny to cover slightly difficult combination of hours/days and I think it is more likely that I will find two separate nannies to covre the different parts of the week. Does anyone have any experience of whether this would be ok for my baby?

I think if everyone was on the same page regarding routines/behaviour management etc then it should work fine.
