Accredited cm and network cm

Ok, mindee is still asleep I have done lots of chores and played Mr Potato head with ds so now popping here for a few mins. As soon as I have finished typing this I shall be off to get mindee up and get us al ready for school run. Anyway sorry my question.......What is the difference between a network cm and an accredited cm? Or do they both mean the same thing. Bit confused, can anyone enlighten me?

Accredited 'normally' means able to take nursery education vouchers

'Network' is assessed n to a network - so training, monitoring visits & support
