Ok, got my first ofsted due at some point in the next few months. I really feel i'm doing the best I can. There is always room for improvement I know but I am really trying to get it right. yet i have this awful panic I am doing something terrible wrong. that i have overlooked some awful safety thing or that I have not got the right permissions or policies etc. What happens at my inspection if things don't go right? Do they give you an action plan and give you timescales to put it right? Pre registration inspector was lovely and really made me feel at ease but i gather they re not all like that.
Also I am told you have to cary on as normal while they are here. But how is that physicaly possible??? A stranger in he house is going to disrupt mindees and they are bound to play up while you talk to inspector to answer their questions?
Words of wisdom needed please, thanks!
