First meeting with parents and settling in?

I'm a new childminder and if all goes well I'm expecting a call back from a parent soon. If they decide to use me, what do I need to discuss, have ready on that first meeting? Should I arrange for my own DC's to disappear or at least have DH to entertain them, so we can sort paperwork? What do you normally do about settling in - how many visits? Also if you charge a higher fee for B4/after school compared to full time, do you reduce this when they are full time in school hols? Sorry there are so many questions but never done this before, want to make a good impression and not miss anything important out and am feeling very nervous. Any help will be much appreciated, please tell me it wont be that bad!

I had my brochure neatly arranged in a file for parents to see it had a little bit about me and my family policies, daily activities, fees, forms for them to sign such as emergency medical attention and things like that. the best advice i would give is being yourself.
