I am doing some temping at the moment as the families nanny is off on long term sick (back before Christmas) and they want me to get the children to make something for the nanny - they are 4 and just turned 2 and I don't know what to make.

Some idea's I've had are

Children decorating a christmas bauble
There's a lovely tea tray in Woolies which they could put their hand/foot prints on (maybe in a pattern) which the nanny could use for loose change, keys etc
A large canvas which the children could run across with their feet printed - different colours etc
Woolies also sell some nice mugs which I ould put each child's hand print over - but I'm concerned that if I use normal paint that it would come off and am not sure about putting porcelain paint on their skin.
Wilkinsons do a square plate which again could hold keys - which I could get the children to print their hand/footprints on

Please help what would you like?

If I was off long-term sick, I don't think I would want anything.
Sorry not much help I know, but I can't see why the nanny would want anything.
