I've got a little file for complaints but I've included references in it aswell, is this ok? If you do this too, what do you call the file? Mine is currently Compliments and Complaints.
Can you share with me what you have in your file/record? Mine has:
Header Sheet with 'Compliments & Complaints File'
A little write up saying if not happy, speak to me etc but here are Ofsted and NCMA details...

Complaint - yes, I have one in there but was internal Ofsted set up and shows no action so it's ok
I'm going to be updating my little write up page to show that I will notify complainant of outcome of investigation within 28 days of receiving, as this is what I read.
Shouldn't we have some kind of forms in the folder? I can't remember but sure there was once a link to such forms???
Also, anyone else in the South East who can confirm the correct address for Ofsted Complaints?
