How much would a nanny cost in Luton?

There is only one childminder in the area who is able to pick up my ds from his new school.

Because we live 3 miles from the school, I would need the nanny to drive to at least collect him and bring him back home (I could drop him to school in the morning).

Is that possible - I know nothing about this as I have always used childminders before.
If it is, what do you think I would be looking at price wise and would I need to use an agency?

Any advice gratefully received.
