No

I have an exercise book covered in pretty paper - with Visitors Book on the front

Inide there are ruled columns with

Date, Name, Reason for visit, Time in, time out

just a note pad here.
does anyone else have a note pad for each child for parents/pre-school to sign over the childcare?

No - I have a diary for the parents to sign their children In & Out

I am discussing signing in & out for school/nursery drop off * collections but currently no-one (at school/nursery) is prepared to sign them

I have a file that parents sign their children in and out in, visitors log in the back. It is kept by the front door.

im glad im not the only one.
parents don't seem to mind and one fairly new pre-school but 1 older pre-school was quite off about it uttering " no other childminder has asked me to do it"
