Sorry more info needed - what comes from ncma?

Hi me again I am desperately trying to get my information packs sorted out, but havent yet joined the ncma (grant from LA taking too long and i have to do it that way) what forms/information do they send you? (if any) and can anyone send me a scanned copy of the contract? (i want to include a copy in my information pack)

if you've ordered the start up pack it comes with, child record forms, contracts, accounts books, attendance registar, accident, incedent andmedication record folder and a fire blanket.

i think i'm in the same boat s you, although i havnt yet recieved my registration certificate yet. this whole process just takes so long!!!
