New CM Alert - does anybody use a prospectus?

I have just had my first meeting with a set of prospective parents, it went well, i think. I am looking to prepare a kind of prospectus with all of the information that anybody who has visited me may need/want to know. Does anybody use one? or maybe have one that i could use as a template? or can suggest what i may put in one.

Could I email you for a copy as well? Am updating mine, and am unsure if it needs to include policies ie EO, behaviour etc

dont suppose anyone can scan me a blank copy of the ncma contract to use in the parent pack too? (i realise i cant use it) Mine wont be here for a little while.
