I posted a while ago about rates of pay for nannies. As part of the replies someone talked about what they do before their nanny starts- e.g. risk assessments, welcome folder, emergency numbers etc. I can't find the thread now, so would anyone be able to help guide me in the things I need to do to prepare ourselves and the house before our nanny starts in January?
