A while ago you gave a link to some documentation on a Local Auth website. It was the CM paperwork like attendance registers etc. Can you give me the link again please?

I was looking for the link to the Surestart pages that gave all the forms and contracts etc. Was not a local authority page after all. Will try to do a link but don't know how to do it yet. Will have a look when have bit more time.
