Cost of nanny in central London (live in v, live out)

Sorry for the cheeky question. We're about to buy a house in London and we've seen two we like. One is more expensive but has a great granny annex in the basement (separate kitchen, living room etc). It occurs to me that because live in nannies are cheaper, we may be able to get the more expensive house and afford the extra mortgage with what we save in child care. Is this realistic? What is the difference in salary between live in and live out nannies in central London? I'd be really grateful if anyone can help.
Thanks

depending on experience and quals salary could be

live out for a 50hr week - £350-£500 net a week.

live in for a 50-6ohr week plus 1-2 babysits included - £250-£400 net a week (you could get a newly qualified nanny or a nursery nurse looking for first nanny job prob aged 18-21yrs for £200 net live in)

why not look on the job section on nannyjob.co.uk, do search jobs and see what is being offered in the area you are looking to move to.
