how does it work if you nanny for someone that works in a school......

and they are off during all schoool holidays? do they still have to pay you in full,or part of your wages?xx

It can vary, some nannies will want full pay all year, others may accept a retainer fee for school holidays (minus statutory holiday), others may feel they can get by with just pay for actual working weeks plus stat holiday.
