EYFS and before schooler qudestion

Do I have to keep observation records etc on a 5 year old I look after before school? She will be with me from 7.45 until 9.00am.

Sorry if I should know this already but I am newly qualified and have had about 3 hours training on EYFS.

I'm not on mine. You are not the main carer, the school is and they will doing EYFS on that child.
