am i right in thinking that i can claim something for ware and tear of my house? and what percentage of gas electric water and tax can i claim? anyone help me please!

I am in Scotland and we can claim one third of heat and light bills if minding full time.

One tenth for wear and tear.

Council tax one tenth also if minding full time. Scale down if working part time obv.

thanks all! now i can get my mum (accountant !) to work out how much tax i owe. i have been saving a bit each month to pay the bill and whats left if for xmas!
