I am going to be starting a Nanny job next month looking after an 8 month old and taking my daughter (4 months) with me (will also have little boy nearly 5 after school/in holidays!) - was previously a teacher so used to relying on having done detailed plans - sooo... trying to make a list of things to have (planning on having resources prepared with plan in a box/bag so can grab whatever is appropiate!) - I am not just thinking about things for the immediate future but ideas for when they get a bit bigger too (and holiday stuff!)
