cm club - quick question about getting a variation

I've written a letter using the proformas i've been sent by some lovely people on here, now i just need to know what to do next?

do i call ofsted and then post it or do i just post it? and how long does it take? tia!

Don't use snail mail - scan it in & email it

and then phone them to make sure that someone has taken notice of it and ask when you can expect to receive a reply
