Copy of CM contract please.

Hiya has anyone got a copy of a CM contact that I can borrow to word my own contract for longer periods of ad-hoc work?

Also would any lovely CM's like to share their forms/policies etc. with me? Not sure what I'd need so would be great to browse through someone else's (sp?) "collection".

i searched the other day for policies and one site came up with so many, argh trying to remember the name.

they had tv and sandpit policies

Bromley is the site, i have incorporated a lot of those and others into my handbook.
