How do you split the cost of a nanny share?

Hi - apologies for those who have seen this on the "nanny share" topic.

I am thinking of doing a nanny share with a friend of mine. I would probably employ the nanny and use the nanny 5 days a week at my house and my friends baby would join us 3 days a week. What would the split of cost be in this situation - is it as simple as 3/5 x 1/2 the cost for my friend, or would she pay more than this and I would pay the balance. Any experience of this would be most appreciated.

Basically, you split the cost of the 3 days and you would pay the full amount for the other 2 days. But please remember that the nanny should be paid more for the share days as she is the one taking on the extra responsibility. For example, £120 x 3 days and £100 x 2 days. Nannytax has experience with sorting out the tax payments for share situations.

does anyone else do it any other way?

Thanks
