Help I need an easy example of why OFSTED'd implimentation of EYFS is flawed

I think one example is that it has already been re-written/amended even before it has been pu in place

The more advanced sections of the L&D goals are developmentally inappropriate. Even the government's own experts have said they should be extended to the year in which a child is 6 not 5, but have been ignored by the DCSF. This article from The Times explains it in more detail.

The review won't take place until 2010, which is why exemptions for childcare settings will be limited to 2 years initially. If there is any doubt why are the DCSF still going ahead with the statutory parts of the EYFS?
