If you are a CM who is considering giving up because of the EYFS, then BBC News would very much like to talk to you.

If you are interested, please email me on arthur dot adams53 at tiscali dot co dot uk and I can then mail you a name and number to contact.

Thanks Arfa - I'd appreciate that

I saw her in the BBC news 24 studio before I went on

KatyMac · 27/08/2008 19:37

Thanks Nick (tho' I'm sure I talked longer than that )

nannynick · 27/08/2008 19:43

Opps... it's not encoded the entire thing. Ahh - trying to work out how to do this for the first time. Perhaps the software is limited to a certain time period, when in shareware mode.
Oh well... maybe someone else will figure out a way to do it.

(Note: I'll take the file off-line, so please don't bother following the link I posted earlier.)

Well we didn't even manage to put a video in the machine - so I am NOT going to criticise your techno skills

MingMingtheWonderPet · 27/08/2008 20:04

I saw that interview on BBC Breakfast this am, very good. Were you the childminder itting on the left (as you look at the tv!) with brown hair and glasses? Very interesting comment and good 'presence'.

emsiewill · 27/08/2008 20:08

Oooh, I thought it must be you...I thought it was funny when you said about first steps as well.

Well done, very articulate, and made your case well.

KatyMac · 27/08/2008 20:09

Umm...yes I think so (I was a bit stressed)

We were both wearing brown (& I think have brown hair??)- I do wear glasses

How embarrassing

Thank you if it was me

KatyMac · 27/08/2008 22:00

Can anyone get radio 5 to play on BBCi?

I keep being told try again later

Arfa · 27/08/2008 22:15

Same here. Perhaps we've overloaded the iPlayer

Maybe it broke because they filmed me

So touched by that email btw - thank you for sending it to me

mumlove · 27/08/2008 22:17

Katy - told the same about iplayer. I think you are wonderful for speaking out for us cm's. I didn't manage to watch all of it as B**Y virgin media went down so didn't finsh recording (knew I should have done it on sky upstairs aswell!).

WELL DONE KATY (yes I am shouting out about it).

KatyMac · 27/08/2008 22:21

I haven't seen it all yet either

Thank you
