Nanny for 2 weeks in Woking

hf128219 · 13/08/2008 18:43

Is it possible to hire a nanny for only 2 weeks?

I plan to go back to work on 1st Decemeber for 2 weeks - then take Annual Leave before my daughter starts full time nursery in January aged 1.

Where should I look? Please can anyone recommend an agency or such like?

Many thanks!

best to look for agencies in your area and ask for temporary nanny. Or:
gumtree.co.uk
simplychildcare.com
findababysitter.com

A childminder may be able to help you out... I could recommend one or two...

check out gumtree and netmums childcare boards. lots of student teachers and student nurses will be off in december so may be able to get one of them for 2wks i know many do look for holiday childcare work.

I am close to you, I may be able to help and could give you numbers for good agencies in our area. Please let me know on here if you contact me as emails sometimes go straight to bin! surreynannny at hotmail dot co dot uk
