desparately need risk assessment template for inspection tomorrow!!!

Please can anyone help. I wouldn't normally be so lazy and ask to steal someone elses but i have an inspection tomorrow and plenty of work to do after the extension and need to put on risk assessment. Would be so grateful if i steal someone elses. thanks.
