Hi everyone

Just going through policies and stuff before I get back to work on 1st Sept and wondered if you could let me know what you have in your complaints folder? I'm just checking I have everything as it should be

That link of SB's is it! Just compared it to mine - mine was done Oct 05, HMI 2597.

I am going to print off the up to date one now too.

I was told on my last inspection that I should have a complaints book. It also highlights this in the EYFS pack. Mine is a little book that I keep with my paperwork and hoping never to have to get it out!

Thanks for running this thread. I have a complaints and compliments folder, but have now changed it to comments and complaints - so that the good bit comes first!!!
