Great Aupair... Am I doing it right?

As a nanny looking for work on it, do I just add families to my hotlist and hope that they contact me?

This is all VERY new, have never used Great Au Pair before.

unless you pay for a membership, you wait for families who paid for the membership themselves to contact you. basically, anyone can put up a profile and send the auto-messages i am/am not interested. but to see the contacts details you need to get the membership.
