potential nanny coming for interview at 8.30

nanny coming for interview at 8.30. Have "the nanny questionnaire" but was hoping for some other questions that you wished you'd asked as the questionnaire seems more like a cv and i already have all that info....ps she would be bringing dc aged 4mths - is this too young? ( ds aged 4)

and no dont think 4mths is too young - your ds will be at nursery a few ams,and will be good for him to learn to share,esp if you ever have no 2

also a young baby will sleep a few hours a day, thus giving the nanny one to one time for yout son
