How many craft things do you do in a week?

Hi, just a question for CMs who have mindees for most of the week.
Do you do craft things everyday, or do you just do one a week?
Just wondering as my DD2 goes to playschool during the week and they make something everyday and i'm running out of space!
Although it's nice to have things made for the parents, it can get overwhelming if there is too much of it.

I dont have any full time mindees.

It depends on what age children you have. I have two that go to nursery, so they do lots of craft there.

I also go to toddler groups and they always do a craft there also.

Then depending on the week we have had, I do one a week. Although we also get out the playdough and colouring etc.

I am not quite childminding yet, but planned to do an activity everyday, but not always craft iyswim.

So one day I might do painting, the next, we could play outdoor games - probably in the park, the next day we might make some home made play dough, the next we might play a table top game (depending on age could be card, snap, board game, flash cards etc)

Hi Chloe, i'm in the process of registering as well and i do enjoy doing crafts but don't want to overwhelm the parents.
Also in a typical day, how much time would you give to just letting the mindees choose what they want to do?
With my DDs they are very good at entertaining themselves and only need me for craft or cooking.
Are you going to be spending all day entertaining the mindees or will you be just letting them choose for themselves and doing observations?
Can't wait to get started, just got to get the ICP exam and pre-reg inspection out of the way first.
