no one has answered about sun sreen do you get permission from parents (that may you look )

I'm a childminder and yes I do have a specific permission form to apply sunscreen and it is signed by parents.

I'm a CM and I have permission forms for;
Travel in my car
outings
The taking of photos
Suncream application
Playing on the outside ride on and climbing toys
Trampoline permission form
Administration of medicines
All are signed by the parents.

I also have a cooking permission form
and a paddling pool permission form.

I think if Ofsted had there way I'd have one for breathing as well!!!

Shoshe, I don't write often but I am always on here reading and taking note of every ones advice and opinions. Please could I have a copy of your handbook. I am a fairly new childminder and am trying to keep up with all the permissions we need. Your book would be such a help.
