I have to pick mindee up at 8.30am so got up to have half an hours peace before the dd's get up and annoy me

Gal I am determined to get a bit fitter, I have Lupus & Fibromylgia, which was beginning to take over my life a bit, (sleep is crap to which, is why I was nup so early 0

Anyway gentel exercise helps so I walk a fast walk started at 1/2 a mile in 20 mins two weeks ago and can do a mile in 20 mins now

And it will help my weight as well, although I'm never going to be model figure again

My mum believes she has fibromyalgia but the docs keep fobbing her off and giving her ad's. They think she is depressed. She tells them she is depressed because she is ill and nobody will listen to her

I need to get a grip tbh. I lost nearly 4st for my wedding last year and was in a 12 comfortably. I am struggling to get into a 12 now and i think i have put on a stone. I say every day that i will be active and not eat crap. Never happens but you have inspired me today,i will take the dc's out for a long walk!!

Morning! Up and about early today as dh had to go early this morning so I got up too! I'm all up and ready and washing is on, but dd is still in her pj's so just have to get her to get ready.

mindee 1 coming at 8.45 and then we have to rush to get mindee 2 before dropping dd of at school. Then going to drop in. Weather looks lovely again so hoping to get them in the paddling pool later!

Well done on being so motivated and good Shoshe! I have decided that I am going to get fit too so I've been hiding out in the garage of an evening using my treadmil and cross trainer! The last 2 nights I have done 45 minutes (worked up from 20 minutes on Friday when I started) and feeling better for it! I'm doing Race for Life on the 13th July so wanted to try and get fitter for that. Would have loved to have run it, but didn't get started soon enough, and then other things that happened meant I couldn't but still, at least if I keep it up for the next week and a half I'll hopefully get round in a half decent time

morning all! well done shoshe, very determined! we're all getting a bit fitter this wekk aren't we! I'm walking everywhere as my car is broke again! (def going to sell it after our hols in august!)

so am walking dd to school with two in buggy, might have picnic on the way. then have all afternoon with the two lo's at home as the toddler group we would usually go to is not on a bus route and in the next town!

have to do some serious investiagting about bus routes etc and where places are for lo's.

anyone heard from looney? hows babytune doing?

my friend (whos house is behind mine) got a call from OFSTED last night at 7pm to say they were coming to inspect today she has only been registered since sept 07 so this is her first visit
feel sick for her but she seems fine
wish her luck

EllieM - hello babytune is lovely thanks although after 9 days of pretty much sleeping and just waking for feeds (and me setting alarm clock to feed at night as he'd sleep otherwise), he's had a few unsettled days where he's pretty much hanging off my tit the whole time Hence my lack of posting as I generally like 2 hands available to have a proper catch up! I'm lucky enough to have my 2 hands right now but it won't last, most of the rest of the time I'm lurking by scrolling with my one free hand .

Right, few things to sort before leaving to pick ds up from school. We're off to a big field after to kick a ball about I'm loving dh being at home but he's back at work on Thursday boo hoo.

What a lovely day! We went to drop in this morning but both mindees were alseep for most of it!! Oh well, gave me a chance to catch up!

we then went to the park for a picnic for lunch with dd and some of her preschool friends. It was really nice and the kids even paddled in the lake, actually dd and her friends all went on in with all their clothes on and got soaked, but they all had a great time and whats a bit of water anyway!!

Home now and having a drink and a snack (hence 5 secs to get on here!) and then in the garden they have decided so on the trampoline and in the paddling pool!

Tomorrow and Thurs meant to be horrible weather so enjoying it while we can!
