How much Annual leave does your nanny have?

I know the recommendation minimum is 5.6 weeks including the bank holidays. But if you’re part time the bank holidays can use like 5 of those days leaving just 3/4 weeks? Do you offer extra paid or unpaid or how do you work it?

I work part time (not as a nanny) and the holiday allowance is adjusted pro-rata depending on how many hours you work and whether the bank holidays are on your usual working day

I have found that quite a lot accept less leave than I would expect in the full expectation that they will actually get extra days when their families are travelling.
