Morning all, bringing fairy cakes today as we have soooooooooooooooooooooooo many left from yesterdays cooking session. mindees getting really in to cooking etc at mo!

Both mindees have now arrived, 1 of them dressed for winter , so I have changed him into shorts and t-shirt.

Ive got a dilema. Will be doing the Big Toddle soon, which is half mile long I think, How do I go about measuring this. I was thinking of walking along our beach. . Any help appreciated. Ive only got a 12 inch ruler.

Hey you lot, how's things? Will take all cakes and crispy squares over here. I am starving most of the time these days - so much for losing post baby weight!

We are all doing ok, George is 5 weeks tomorrow - which is crazy. Still a bit sore so am really glad I am not working. barely keeping house less than a war zone with 2 young children.

On a fun note, we got 4 pigs!! They are so cute. 3 are going off to butchers in December and we will keep one to breed. Dh has aspirations of a small holder Watch out Hugh Whittingstall

Maybe with the help of an adult, work out how long your stride is then how many of those make up the required distance. You could use windbreaks for the beginning and end of the Toddle. Maybe attach "start" and "finish" banners to them.

We went on a big Toddle earlier in the week and it was great fun.
