Hello there ladies, We are looking for someone to pick our 2 year old son from nursey from Mon to Fri, starting in July. They would only be required to look after him for approx an hour after nursery closes at 5.30 to 6.30. We are flexible on whether you would take him back to your own house if you live locally or to ours, and give him a drink and a snack.
We are also looking for a cleaner to do 2 hours cleaning a week, which might be of interest to you but you would have to be free to do this at some other time of day.
We are a warm couple couple with an active little boy and would welcome any helper as a member of the family. We are looking for
someone who has experience of looking after children or has children of their own. This role would also be ideal for an older but still active lady or someone studying wishing to make some extra cash. Any help or suggestions you can provide this stressed mum so I can sleep easy & go back to work!

why not contact your local university some have job shops and there may well be a student teacher or student childrens nurse looking for this kind of work.

alternatively if you dont mind a younger person aged 16-18yrs why not contact local 6th forms and ask students completing btec or nvq child care or gnvq health and social care will be good experience for them as well as a little extra pocket money.

if using students should imagine £5-£6 an hr net would be fine and there would be no tax to pay as only 5hrs a week but you would still need to declare it i think.

Thanks Lyndsey, thatis a fantastic suggestion as there is a 6th form directly behind my place. I'll do some research!
