Tax free childcare reconfirmation issue?

Is anyone else's reconfirmation suddenly stuck? Normally mine goes through instantly but this time HMRC has sent me a message saying they're looking into it even though none of my details have changed. The phone line won't look at anyone's account unless it's been 14 working days.

I’m not sure ours is always instant, sometimes it takes a few days. I just checked and I resubmitted our details on the 20th and haven’t heard anything yet. There was an occasion a couple of years ago where they phoned to talk to us about our income. We’d both had annual bonuses at work which made us look like we’d had a sudden income spike, plus we are both close to the £100k threshold but make pension contributions and other salary sacrifices to stay under. We explained it all and all was fine.

Normal. They certainly are cracking down on fraudulent claims so everyone can expect the occasionally manual audit of their claim.
